Responsibilities
- Assist Head Chinese Chef to cater for Chinese banquet 9 course meal
- Able to cater independently up to 3 tables for Chinese banquet
- Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the company
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
- Ensure that the production, preparation & presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils and equipment
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features
- Follow kitchen policies and sanitation policies when handling f&b
- other duties as assigned by immediate superior
Must Have
- 1 Year experience in Chinese kitchen
- Able to travel within Klang Valley
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work long hours
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Nice to have
- experience in 5 star hotel
- GDL Driving License
