Catering Promotion

Terms & Conditions

· Valid for all events serviced by Teaffani.

· Clients who apply, confirms an event, or pays a deposit during the promotion period are entitled to redeem the offer upon making the final event payment.

· Promotions with minimum spend requirements are only valid if the final confirmed order meets the stated minimum spend (before tax).

· Only one (1) voucher or promotion can be applied per order; not stackable with other vouchers, promotions, discounts, or privileges.

· Not redeemable for cash or exchange.

· Valid only for confirmed orders placed directly with Teaffani Catering.

· All promotions and complimentary privileges are valid for one (1) year from the event confirmation date and must be redeemed and applied towards the final event payment by [30 September 2026].

· Lost, damaged, or expired vouchers will not be reissued or accepted.

· Promotions and vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or assigned to other parties.

· If the event is cancelled after redemption, all privileges or vouchers will be considered used and void.

· Teaffani Catering reserves the right to substitute complimentary items of equal or greater value if the stated item becomes unavailable.

· In the event of force majeure (e.g., network failure, technical issues, or government directives), Teaffani Catering reserves the right to adjust the campaign accordingly.

· All prices are subject to prevailing SST and service charges where applicable.

· Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for campaign administration, prize distribution, and voucher issuance, and will not be disclosed to third parties.
